Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Times
Our orders typically ship out in 1-3 business days. Exceptions would include any customized orders and any art prints that are not currently in stock and need to be printed by our production partner. If any delays are expected, we will reach out to you with updates. Custom orders usually ship in 3-5 business days, directly from our production partner.
Your order will be shipped through USPS priority mail. USPS states that these packages have a transit of 3 business days, however in recent times we have seen instances of packages taking longer to arrive at their destination. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships out and we encourage you to reach out to both Jaxson's World and USPS should you experience any delays.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $45 ship for free with the exception of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. A flat rate of $5.95 will be applied to any order within the 48 states under the $45 minimum. A flat rate of $25.95 will apply to any order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
